Who are our training sessions for?

We run sessions for children as young as 4 years old. We work in small, homogeneous groups, which guarantees effective and safe progress.

Group / Age: Ski Kindergarten (Ages 4-6)
Training Goal: Familiarization with ski equipment and the skiing environment.
Characteristics: Learning through play, first snowplow descents, speed control, using the magic carpet and platter lift. Focus on building joy of movement.
Group / Age: Recreational-Sport Group (Ages 7-12)
Training Goal: Technique refinement, introduction to competitive skiing.
Characteristics: Transition from snowplow to parallel skiing (skidded turn, stem turn). Elements of gate training, learning regulations and rules of safe competition.
Group / Age: Competitive / PRO Group (Ages 13+)
Training Goal: Competition, honing high-performance technique, preparation for FIS races.
Characteristics: Specialized slalom and giant slalom training. Video analysis, intensive physical training (off-season strength and conditioning), work on sports mentality.

Systematic Development

Club Sessions - Year-Round

We believe that success in alpine skiing is born outside the winter season. That is why we offer a comprehensive schedule of activities:

On-Snow Training (Winter Season):

Location: Slopes in Poland (Podhale region) and glacier trips.

Characteristics: Task-specific skiing, technical drills, gate training (slalom, giant slalom), refinement of athletic stance/body position.

Frequency: 3 days a week


Strength and Conditioning (Summer/Autumn Season):

Location: Sports facilities and mountain areas near Zakopane.

Characteristics: General developmental exercises, strength, agility, and endurance training, aimed at injury prevention and building a physical foundation for the winter season.

Methods: Functional training, mountain running, cycling, team sports.

Club Training Camps

Honing your skills on European slopes


Our club training camps are professional training assemblies, primarily aimed at maximizing technical and physical/motor progress. We select renowned Alpine resorts that guarantee the best snow conditions and access to dedicated training slopes.

Premium Locations


We regularly train on glaciers (summer/autumn) and in resorts with rich alpine skiing traditions (e.g., the Dolomites, Austrian Alps).

Intensive Program


Full training day: morning strength and conditioning warm-ups, 4–6 hours of on-slope training (task-specific skiing, GS and SL gate training), afternoon video analysis, and theoretical sessions.

Comprehensive Care


24/7 care from qualified staff (coaches, instructors, logistics personnel), guaranteeing safety and professionalism.
