Our training program, created based on years of international experience (European Cup, World Cup), is tailored to the age, skill level, and sporting goals of each participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer both regular club sessions and intensive training trips (camps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We run sessions for children as young as 4 years old. We work in small, homogeneous groups, which guarantees effective and safe progress.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
We believe that success in alpine skiing is born outside the winter season. That is why we offer a comprehensive schedule of activities:<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
Location:<\/strong> Slopes in Poland (Podhale region) and glacier trips.<\/p>\n Characteristics:<\/strong> Task-specific skiing, technical drills, gate training (slalom, giant slalom), refinement of athletic stance\/body position.<\/p>\n Frequency:<\/strong> 3 days a week<\/p>\n <\/div>\n Location:<\/strong> Sports facilities and mountain areas near Zakopane.<\/p>\n Characteristics:<\/strong> General developmental exercises, strength, agility, and endurance training, aimed at injury prevention and building a physical foundation for the winter season.<\/p>\n Methods:<\/strong> Functional training, mountain running, cycling, team sports.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n Our club training camps are professional training assemblies, primarily aimed at maximizing technical and physical\/motor progress.
